The Ripley Tools' Demo-On-Demand Program allows you, the Ripley Tools customer, to try up to three different available products in the program for up to 30 days. Your demo tools will be shipped to you free of charge (with a return label included), and thus, the program is limited to customers within the continental U.S., Alaska, and Hawaii. If you are located outside the U.S., Demo tools will be supplied free of charge; however, there will be applicable fees charged upfront to cover shipping charges. The program is limited to one live demo per customer.
Once you've selected your demo tools (up to three) from the drop-down on this page (www.ripley-tools.com/demo), you will be prompted to fill out a request form. Note: There is no guarantee that you will receive brand-new tools through this program, but understand you will either receive new tools or factory refurbished tools.
Upon submitting your demo request form, you will be contacted by a Ripley Tools representative to review your request. You will be asked for either a credit card or a PO number to reserve your demo. By accepting these demo tools, you are giving us the right to charge your credit card at full retail price at the end of the demo period if they not returned or returned but damaged beyond reasonable wear and tear as determined by our quality control department. Tools are required to be returned within 10 business days following your 30-day demo period.
During your demo period, Ripley Tools will make the services of Ripley Labs and its engineering team available to you for up to an hour of live interaction via the web. If this is something you are interested in, a time slot must be scheduled upon your pre-shipment call with a Ripley Tools representative. If you like some or all the tools you received for demo, you can keep them. In this instance, your billing information will only be processed for those you have elected to keep.
Once we have processed and approved your demo request order, we will ship the tools to you. Ripley Tools reserves the right to refuse demo requests if its determined the request isn’t a viable business opportunity. Note: Your 30-day trial period begins once you receive the tools and not when your tools were processed or shipped. It will be determined by the delivery scan from our shipper.
Once your tools have shipped, we will send you an email alerting you that your demo tools are on the way.
There will be three different checkpoints throughout your trial period.
First, a 10-day email will ensure that you received your tools.
Second, a 20-day email with instructions on purchasing or returning your tools at the end of the trial period.
Finally, a 30-day checkpoint alerting you that you will be charged full retail price if you don't return the tools or contact Customer Service by the end of the day.
For the Demo-On-Demand program tools that you decide to return, utilize the shipping label provided. The trial period ends when the shipping label is scanned at the pick-up/drop-off location. Once we have received your demo tools, we will send you a confirmation email and consider your demo closed.
