COVID-19 Update

Dear Valued Customers and Partners,

Ripley Tools continues to run full production teams to support the installers and linemen across the world who are maintaining critical power and communications networks. I thank not only our team who continues to travel to our manufacturing and logistics facilities worldwide but also the field technicians, who in-spite of potential COVID-19 risks are working outside their homes to keep us all connected.

Together with our business partners, we will persevere in our mission with pride and honor. I have been impressed with so many people adapting and supporting each other in these challenging times.

Dear Valued Customers and Partners,

Our thoughts are with the people affected by the Coronavirus and our immediate focus is on the health and safety of employees and families across our company, customers and partners.

The majority of our products are manufactured and distributed from our company facilities in the US and Europe using local material sources. Although we do source some components directly from various Asian countries, our supply chain remains unaffected thus far.

Of course, we will continue to monitor the situation and develop plans to adapt should the impact broaden while maintaining the highest levels of quality and performance that we are widely known for.

Our sales and service teams will contact customers directly if there are any anticipated changes or delays.
